New Homeowner Portal Access
 

Dear Residents,

This email is a friendly reminder that you should have recently received an email with your login information for the new homeowner portal by Enumerate Engage.

 

If you haven't received it, don't worry! You can still access the new portal by visiting

https://engage.goenumerate.com/s/ParksideatBocaTrail .

 

Please note that logins for the new Engage portal were sent exclusively to the primary email address on file for each account. The system is designed to have one primary account holder.

However, the good news is that the primary account holder can easily add additional users to their household account. Here's how:

- Log in to the Engage portal.
- Navigate to "My Account".
- Click on the "Settings" tab.
- You should see "Household Accounts" – this is where you can add other users.

 

We're committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and truly believe the new portal will offer a much-improved experience once it's fully operational.
